✨ Add Interactive Randomization Tool for Clinical Trials#652

- Implemented `RandomizationTool` in `math_explorer_gui/src/tabs/clinical_trials/randomization.rs`. - Leveraged `SimpleRandomizer` and `BlockRandomizer` algorithms from the backend `math_explorer` library. - Complies strictly with the Strategy Pattern using the `ClinicalTrialsTool` trait to seamlessly integrate with `ClinicalTrialsTab`. - Added elegant egui interfaces for both Simple and Block allocations and displaying assigned subjects gracefully. - Replaced `unwrap()` calls with robust `Result` match statements to prevent UI crashes. - Marked `Randomization` feature as complete in `todo_gui.md`. Added the Randomization interactive subject allocation tool to the Clinical Trials tab in
